a great way to commemorate a sports year. |
  Here's
a basketball player and a softball player. Both customers sent photos to
show us the uniforms' stripes and colors. Both have names and numbers on
the back.
The basketaball doll could have a tee shirt with
sleeves on it and the softball girl could be wearing shorts. Just tell
us what you want. |
| Field hockey is a popular doll for us. We can
paint the pleated / plaid skirts and whatever color jersey she may wear.
We can put the logo for the school or club on the shirt and of course her
name and number. This girl even told us what to put on the stick. |

We can do female referees too. You
can't see it in the photo, but she has a PIAA patch on her shoulder. Just
tell us the details and we'll do it. |
| Here is a good example of a custom
ordered hockey player. The customer took a photo that clearly showed the
jersey but we couldn't see the pants or socks. A phone call cleared up
the problem and we made the doll. It was much more personal and meaningful
then just another trophy. |

| One of our most popular dolls is a knickered
golfer. They come in male and female, and painted as a matching set make
a nice gift for a couples' anniversary or retiremant. These are done in
blues and greens and red, but you can have any color scheme you wish. Send
us a photo or drawing of the logo of your country club and we'll put that
on the doll's sweater too. |

The snowbaorder is a recent addition to our sports
group.
Just send us a photo in your favorite snowsuit
and we'll make a doll for you. |
Roland is a biker and wanted himself painted
in his helmet and colors. |
This hunter was a special order. we don't usually
make a bow for the doll. He has a quiver full of arrows painted on his
back and he wanted a tiger head on his hat, so we gave him one.
Your hunter may wear all orange,,or may be dressed
in the gray tree bark camoflage. We can do that too.

Fencers are a doll we never thought to make.
But one day, at a show, a customer came to us with a photo and asked if
we could help her?
No one makes anything for fencers, she complained.
So we made her very happy and now have a fencer doll to offer. |
We've made martial arts dolls before, but
this was made for a customer that has been buying
our dolls for a while. We remember her when she could barely look over
the counter in our booth.
And now she has a black belt!

Football and basketball have always been popular
dolls,
but boy is it difficult for mom to remember where
all the stripes and numbers go, what color they are, and how many. Good

and college teams. Just send us a photo and we'll make a doll in your schools

Juniata is a college in Pennsylvania and this
is one of thier basketball players.
He'll always remember when he played for his
old alma mater. |

Although we do not have a good picture of a female
volleyball player, here is an example of a customized male. |
| Here is a Alpine hiker. The customer sent us
a photo of a girl in the sweater that she is wearing and asked us to paint
her in an Alpine stlye. She also aked for an Adirondack pack on her back.
It is made in wood, looks like a large basket, and is hollowed out. |
